How UpConvert works, earns money and ranks results

Where the offers come from

Shops provide us with product data feeds (title, price, availability, images, links). We refresh them regularly, typically daily. Prices can change between our update and your visit, and the price at checkout on the shop's site always prevails.

How we group products

We group offers that carry the same manufacturer barcode (GTIN/EAN) as one product. Where a barcode is missing, a listing is shown on its own until it is verified as identical to an existing product. We do not merge products on title similarity alone.

How results are ordered

By default, search results are ordered by relevance to your query and then by price. You can sort by price low-to-high or high-to-low at any time. On a product page, offers are listed from lowest to highest price. Commission never influences the order of results or offers.

How we earn money

Some links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, the shop may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay. Shops with no affiliate agreement are listed and linked in exactly the same way. We do not charge shops to appear, and we do not accept payment for placement.

How many offers we show

We show every active offer we have for a product, from every shop in our catalogue. If only one shop lists a product, we say so.
